The idea is that the TBL* versions are supposed to be easier to use than the standard structure definition, but using TBL_HOMUNCULUS as an alias to struct homun_data kinda beats the purpose! From what I remember (from previous forum discussions) it: 1- Always blocks skills from being used. 2- Will only block a skill when the cast-bar ends IF the skill is targetted.
