Fear status change (#1048)
* Fear now causes the SC_ANKLE status change for 2 seconds rather than having a weird custom implementation
* Fear now removes blind and makes you immune to it
* Fixed SC_ANKLE not properly blocking teleportation
* Some code optimizations
