Changed the Advance jobchangers to kRO normals.
They now check if you are level 99/50 as a 2nd class or above, your Quest Skills (and gives them back when you reach 1st Advance Class) and if you have a Cart or Falcon equiped. Also, the minimum requirement to change from Advance 1st class is job level 45 so i added that in too.
