* Several updates from Trunk

- Merged the new Auth process to avoid double logins.
- Merged official adoption process.
- Removed @gm command.
- Cleaning of MAX_ACCOUNT_ID and MAX_CHAR_ID
- Update of the online user count (map_getusers)
